What to wear to New York?

I take a trip to New York December 24 December to 31 and I wonder is it not enough: , Underwear uggs, warm socks, jeans, turtlenecks, turtle scarves, wool, leather hat, leather gloves, long cable vintage coat Sherpa lined jackets, sweaters and ear protection. So if anyone would happen to know, I'm standing in Gatlinburg December 21, 1922 and I wonder the same thing, too, too little or just. 10 points for best answer. I've only been once in winter and once in summer, but winter I went, it was Exceptionally hot and like everyday 50'F + and now living in Miami, where the weather is extremely wet and windy like the way my friends describe the cold of New York is so, I would say I'm pretty uncomfortable tolerable to a cold and wet. and cold in Miami, half, I 45'F or less. (This Winter began to 26'F)
