Half of bedroom outlet circuts are not working, tested as getting power, new circut breaker.?

Yesterday I woke up to the bedroom outlets not working. The entire circut is two bed rooms that are side by side. The one room is working fine while the other has no power at all. I replaced the circut breaker for the bed room circut with no help. Next i replaced the 3 outlets in the room, still nothing. The last thing i did was test the outlets and they all seem to be getting power. Thank you for any help anyone can provide on this. I don’t know where to check next.
I tested all the outlets in the room that the outlets are not working. They are getting power. It also gave me a good shock befor turning the power out. so i know the tester isnt bad.

If they are getting power you my have a neutral wire pulled out of a wire nut. This would still give you the illusion of having power, but the lamp that your most likely using to see if the outlets work; would not. I would check the neutral continuity to the ground.
