What is the difference between the Pentium II Intel and AMD Turion dual-core mobile CPU?

I'm looking to buy a computer laptop and I'm not sure what the difference is or what is best. I'm trying to decide between the Dell Inspiron with Intel Pentium processor or Toshiba AMD. If you have any advice for those who require a io no information on the processor is better to go please let me knowledge. Thank you pour votre aide.

It would be easier to tell if you are saying that the model (eg T4400 or AMD Turion Pentium II M520 and the graphics are integrated. 'S is slightly faster Pentium (If your speed is similar GHz), but AMD has better integrated graphics. With the Pentium processor will be difficult watching 1080p video. (Unless the GMA 4500MHD instead of GMA 4500M). If you go to watch lots of videos and view photos and other graphic things AMD is the best option. However, if your not an old Pentium T4400, but the P6000 (which is based on the new processors i3 and i5) then ignore what I said so present. The graphics in the Pentium will be just as good and the AMD (If the processor is AMD Radeon HD 4200 or 4250) and be more effective, but about the same speed. Basically comparing the T4400, P6000 and M520 – on a constant speed – P6000 more efficient (less heat a little, slightly less energy used) – T4400 has less graphics power – P6000 and M520 are on the same graph the power. First I want to buy P6000, M520, second, third T4400.
